

Leaving P.E.I. launches the crew into the St. Lawrence Seaway System. The system is made up of 15 locks that allow ships to transit between Montreal and Lake Erie, which is an elevation difference of 168 meters (about 551 feet). In this video, you’ll see the crew make their way through many of these locks.

The crew includes Captain Mike, Laura, Beck, and Brian. Each play a crucial role as the Pommes Frites makes their way through these massive locks. Typically, the transit path includes large freighters and shipment vessels, but they make space for leisure boats too!
